Technically very well done Mark. Good DOF, excellent BG etc, however, personally, I find the composition a little awkward, with my attention split between the two subjects at opposite "corners" of the frame. ;)

I kind of agree barry I did think about leaving some room on the right hand of the image rather than square I think i'll redo it to see if it works better.

Hi Mark, i don't know much about composition, but i do like this. good detail in both insects. the only thing i might say is i would have liked just a bit more of the flower head ( front of ) in view. but then you probley would not have got both insects in view ?
